Prof. Dr Kristyan Stoyanov Hadjiev is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Bulgaria. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (\”Mapping of High-Efficiency Organizations\”) and is the author of four books in Human Resource Management and co-author of six books in Strategic Management, alongside 26 published research papers in leading Bulgarian journals. In 1996 he founded an independent Tourism College in Velingrad, Bulgaria.

Dr Kristyan Stoyanov Hadjiev is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Bulgaria. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, with a doctoral focus on \”Mapping of High-Efficiency Organizations.

He is the author of four books in the field of Human Resource Management and co-author of six books in Strategic Management, alongside 26 published research papers in leading Bulgarian journals. He has extensive experience in higher education, having established an independent Tourism College in Velingrad, Bulgaria, in 1996. Since then, he has been involved in a range of education-related projects, including active participation in seminars in Bratislava, Slovakia (January–April 1998); serving as Project Coordinator for the Bulgaria–Netherlands Education Project, developing academic curricula in Human Resources Management and Foundations of Management for the Bulgarian Ministry of Education (1999); and serving as Project Coordinator for the Phare-funded project \”Strategic Restructuring and Financial Advisory Services\” (project no. BG 9812-02-01-01, 1999–2002).
