Dr Aljoša Šestanović is a Research Associate at Oxford Business College, with professional experience in corporate banking and management consultancy and eight years’ academic experience at the rank of Associate Professor. He specialises in corporate finance, financial statement analysis, company and brand appraisal, and cost-benefit analysis. A CFA Charterholder and licensed Investment Advisor and Broker, he has served as a Court Expert Witness on finance and accounting matters since 2014, and edited the Croatian translation of *Fundamentals of Financial Management* by Van Horne and Wachowicz.

Dr Aljoša Šestanović is a Research Associate at Oxford Business College. He has gained most of his professional business experience in the financial services industry, including corporate banking and management consultancy. For the past eight years, holding the rank of Associate Professor, he has taught at a higher education institution, leading courses in Corporate Finance, Financial Statements Analysis, Company Appraisal, Cost-benefit Analysis, Financial Accounting, and Management Accounting. He also has extensive experience in the valuation of brands and trademarks.

He is a CFA Charterholder and a Regular Member of the CFA Institute, and holds an Investment Advisor Licence and a Broker Licence granted by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency. In 2014 he was appointed a Court Expert Witness on finance and accounting matters, a role he continues to hold. He regularly delivers workshops on financial analysis and company valuation, lectures on financial management for certified accountant candidates, and develops cost-benefit analyses for companies. He also served as editor of the Croatian translation of the textbook *Fundamentals of Financial Management* by Van Horne and Wachowicz.

Outside his academic and professional work, Aljoša is a classical guitarist.
