Dr Wing Han Helen Lee is a faculty member at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. She earned her Doctoral degree at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and her Master’s degree at Royal Holloway, University of London. She has authored and co-authored a number of research articles and serves as a voluntary reviewer for academic journals and conferences. Her research interests include consumer behaviour, technology-human integration, service marketing, and sustainability.
